Every Tuesday morning the real estate agents from RE/MAX Jazz gather to discuss and share new listings amongst all of the agents within the office. This is a great forum us to discuss new listings on the market and listings that will be hitting the market in the next few days.
Tuesday tour is a great opportunity to discuss what is happening in the local market. We discuss inventory levels and demand that not often discussed in large media forums. Far too often Big Media (TV, Radio and Newspaper) report on National averages that are not reflective of how active a market can be within a specific neighbourhood, community or region. Quite often what’s hot in Courtice and Bowmanville is not selling in Whitby or Oshawa. The are other small niche markets such as Port Perry or Brooklin that are always active and perform well above other neighbouring communities pretty much all the time.
Today’s Tour was comprised of 5 houses – 2 of which were great value:
