I would like to thank many of clients and customers for making this another outstanding year! I have so much fun doing what I do,  it simply does not feel like a JOB especially when you get to interact with so many fantastic people.

I had the pleasure of meeting a great deal of new people this year and it has been so nice to stay in contact with most of them and have some of those contacts turn into good friendships. This is the cornerstone of effectively working by referral and introductions, its not always about a transaction or a sale, sometimes the most important part of any business are the many relationships that flourish and have a chance to develop.

This time of year our thoughts are quietly redirected to friends and family and how important it is to have all of those that mean so much to us around for the holidays. I have had a chance to reflect over the past few days, while it has been a bit quieter and I am truly thankful for the balance I was able to obtain between work and family this year. Having this balance makes me appreciate each side of this journey so much more. Work is not possible without a supportive and understanding family and family is who we are able to share the fruits of our labour with.

Thank you again to everyone – It has been a fantastic year and I am sincerely looking forward to the holidays for some celebrations and relaxation
