Buying a home can be a very enjoyable and exciting time in your life. But make sure you are working with an agent who is looking at the process more from a relationship perspective and not from a transaction perspective. What I mean by that is, will your agent be with you at every step and process (good or bad) and from the very start to the very end of the process and beyond. A Realtor should be a tremendous resource for you, they or their brokerage may have preferred partners for services such as mobile mortgage specialists, Real Estate Lawyers, Home Inspectors, Insurance Agents and moving companies.
