This Summer I had the pleasure of helping my clients find a home in the Port Perry area. They had some pretty clear and defined items that were must haves if they were going to move and be closer to family. During our time working together we encountered a very hot sellers market and numerous multiple offers. We stayed the course and I remained determined to find them their ideal home. We eventually found that home and we  were able to successfully acquire the home. It was something I have done many times before and would do again in a heartbeat.

We decided to move to Port Perry to be closer to our daughters and our grandchildren.
